GENESIS

So this is the first post for anyone visiting.

Am a prospective polymath on a journey of self-discovery through autodidactism.('Don't I love big words').

The main goal of the blog is to report on the progress of my small learning project.

Am mildly obsessed with self-directed learning.  

Hopefully this becomes a weekly routine where I can write about my thoughts exploits and the projects am working on. 

This week am focused on Machine Learning, Accounting and the SAP ERP Software. 

So there's a lot of random stuff on YouTube about machine learning and Artificial Intelligence. And I found a cool channel called Jabrils(you guys should follow him), that got really interested in machine learning. This along with a recent Netflix Show that am watching called Diagnosis got me thinking of how cool it would be to understand how machine learning works and build some basic game hacks like Tetris and Snake. It seems Machine Learning is math intensive and am also curious to stretch my math muscle heehaw. We'll see how it goes. 

On the accounting thing, am thinking of taking the ACCA Exams in December just so I can have a certificate for a rainy day plus I think financial literacy is really important. So I wanna just consume as much knowledge on the subject before I start learning material from the actual course. 

As for the SAP ERP Software, my parents work in IT consulting and specialise in ERP solutions so I just want to understand better the kind of work they do, who knows maybe get some holiday work once in a while at the family business.

As you can tell my English skills are off the roof, so do feel free to not correct me as I will take offense to it. 

Random Nonsense:

I picked the name Polymath Chronicles for this Blog because I was always a curious kid. I generally wanted to know a little bit about everything and synthesising bits and pieces from different knowledge areas to form my own little unique world was my thing. As you can tell Adults Loved Me' heehaw, 'NOPE!'. so I wanna go on a journey hence the Journal and learn some of this and that and maybe discover who I am, cause God knows we all don't know ourselves.
